VoiceInsights Africa provides a platform for collecting, transcribing, and analyzing voice-based survey responses across phone, WhatsApp, SMS, web, and offline field channels. By creating an account, you agree to use the platform in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for obtaining any regulatory approvals your research requires (see our Compliance guidance), for the accuracy of the survey content you create, and for how you use the insights generated. You may not use the platform to collect data without respondent consent.
Your organization owns the data you collect through your account. We process it on your behalf under the terms of our Privacy Policy and do not sell or share it with third parties.
Subscription plans are billed annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your paid period.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. VoiceInsights Africa is an early-stage platform under active development.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts.
